Leston has been involved in pastoral ministry for nearly thee decades, serving in a variety of contexts, with a heart for both theological depth and compassionate care. He holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Studies, along with post-graduate qualifications in Counselling and in Psychotherapy. He is also an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
Over the years, and through ongoing learning, Leston has grown increasingly committed to helping Christians explore a practical, Spirit-led approach to discipleship—one that honours spiritual formation, emotional wellbeing, integrates therapeutic insight, and remains rooted in Scripture. His desire is to support the whole person: head, heart, and hands.
Whether walking alongside individuals facing anxiety or low mood, or gently supporting leaders and churches in seasons of transition, Leston’s hope is to see others restored, grounded, and growing in the grace of their calling.
